Notes:

2.  Since some patches in the neighborhood have been left for more than 20 years, it is uncertain whether the sidewalk is "currently under construction" or has been completed. The orange construction cone left in the patch a month ago suggested ongoing work, but the cone is long gone, and the patch untouched.

If under construction, this sidewalk would be a violation of 521 CMR 3.10, since there is no temporary passageway around the site.

If not under construction, this "sidewalk" occasions numerous violations of 521 CMR 22.

22.2 Walkway about 14 inches wide.

22.4 Dangerous changes of level.  The cone sat in a deep pit.

22.6 Deep pits pool water.
