DCR Fails to Remove Snow along Fenway

Six days After the New Year's Eve snowstorm, the Department of Conservation and Recreation still hasn't cleared many of the sidewalks it is responsible for along The Fenway.

There are more pictures at the Neighborhood Access Group Flickr site. The top picture shows an inaccessible crosswalk on the Fenway opposite the Pumphouse, the bottom picture shows the sidewalk looking south on the Fenway from Agassiz Road to be completely blocked.

I wanted to go to the Museum of Fine Arts on Sunday, but in order to do it I had to cut over to Hemenway Street, and then roll down Forsythe Way to get to the sidewalk that runs behind the MFA. Very dangerous, but unfortunately quite typical.
